HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
WHO WILL HANDLE MY CASE?
This will depend on the complexity of your case and the amount of time spent working on it. We can offer Conditional Fee Arrangements or Damages Based Agreements (if the circumstances of your matter meet the relevant criteria), and Fixed Fees for specific work such as No fault paper based Divorce proceeding and Wills. We will always take the time to discuss with you the most affordable way of handling your case. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We aim to deal with your problem as speedily as possible in order to keep your costs to a minimum. Clearly, more complex matters may take longer to resolve but we will always keep you up to date with the progress of your case.
Your case will be assigned to the individual with the most suitable experience in that area. The size of the firm allows all solicitors to become involved in most cases at some point throughout their course. This allows us to draw on many different skills and areas of expertise when acting for every individual.
